Guest Villa FAQ
1. What is the villa like?
The Guest Villa is complete with 2 bedrooms, a dedicated study, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and has a carport nearby for one vehicle. The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, a double bed in the second, and the study is equipped with a desk and lamp. The lounge area is tastefully appointed with lounges, coffee table, TV, and all the comforts of home. To view the villa photos CLICK HERE
2. How long can I stay?

3. Is there a carpark? Can I drive my car to Homestay Village?
Yes, the property comes with one car parking space.
4. Can I cook in the villa?
Yes, for your convenience the kitchen is complete with utensils, crockery, appliances and cleaning amenities. Tea, coffee and milk are also provided. Homestay Village is ideally located near Westfield Carousel, which hosts a range of cafes and restaurants waiting for you to explore.
5. What do I need to bring?
We would like to make this experience as enjoyable as possible so you can really get a feel for village life. Bedrooms are complete with all linen and fresh towels and your kitchen has all basic requirements for a comfortable stay. 6. What can I do in the village?
Guests are welcome to be as involved in the village life as they wish. There are a list of things to do in the village, please feel free to use the clubhouse facilities and join the resident events in the village, but the choice is yours.
7. Can I have visitors?
Absolutely! Family and friends are most welcome to visit you throughout your stay.
