You may reserve your new home at Trebartha Apartments with a $1000 reservation fee, which is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the purchase. You will be provided with a contract, and we recommend you review it thoroughly and consult a solicitor. The contract will explain in further detail what type of tenure you will have for your property.
In addition to the purchase price, there is an ongoing service fee or levy to cover the day to day operations and upkeep of the resort. When you sell your property, you will pay a Deferred Management Fee (DMF), also known as a ‘departure fee’. Please refer to your contract of purchase for more information regarding fees.
Trebartha Apartments has a Manager who is on site during business hours and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Resort. The Manager is your first point of contact if you have any questions or concerns, and prides herself on ensuring the highest levels of service and operational excellence. We also encourage all of our residents to have a say in how their Resort is run by speaking with the Resort Manager about any ideas or concerns, participating in the Resident Committee Meetings and AGMs, and providing feedback through the annual Resident Survey.
