You may reserve your new home at The Baytree by Ardency with a $10,000 reservation fee, which is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the purchase. You will be provided with a contract, and we recommend you review it thoroughly and consult a solicitor. The contract will explain in further detail what type of tenure you will have for your property. At The Baytree by Ardency we offer a Loan Lease Agreement.
In addition to the purchase price, there is an ongoing service fee or levy to cover the day to day operations and upkeep of the resort. Residents of The Baytree by Ardency also pay a monthly amount to ensure that the restaurant and bar provides service to the residents of the resort at a standard and price appropriate to the quality and reputation of the resort.
The Baytree by Ardency has a Resort Manager and an Assistant Resort Manager who are on site during business hours and are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the resort. The Resort Manager is your first point of contact if you have any questions or concerns, and prides herself on ensuring the highest levels of service and operational excellence. We also encourage all of our residents to have a say in how their resort is run by speaking with the Resort Manager about any ideas or concerns, and providing feedback through the annual Resident Survey.
