Contract Types and Tenure

Peace of mind is everything at The Baytree, which is why you can secure your new home with a $10,000 reservation fee, fully refundable should you decide not to go ahead with the purchase. You will be given a contract which explains in detail the type of tenure available for your property. The Baytree by Ardency offers Loan Lease Agreements. We strongly recommend you consult a trusted professional adviser to ensure you understand every aspect of the contract.

Ongoing and Outgoing Fees

In addition to the purchase price of your home, residents at The Baytree by Ardency contribute an ongoing service levy which covers the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the resort. A monthly fee also contributes to the premium quality of the food and services at the restaurant and bar.

Resort Management Structure

The Baytree by Ardency has a Resort Manager and an Assistant Resort Manager who are on site during business hours and are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the resort. The Resort Manager is your first point of contact if you have any questions or concerns, and prides herself on ensuring the highest levels of service and operational excellence. We also encourage all of our residents to have a say in how their resort is run by speaking with the Resort Manager about any ideas or concerns, and providing feedback through the annual Resident Survey.
