A Little Extra Help
How our Serviced Apartments serve you
For older Australians there comes a time when living alone in the family home just isn't an option anymore. Whilst still mostly independent, they may no longer be able to keep up with daily chores. And yet, going into aged care prematurely is also not the right choice, and may lead to further decline in autonomy, identity and quality of life.
This alternative retirement living option offers apartments with services to cater to older Australians who need extra support but do not require aged care. Wholly integrated into our retirement villages, these apartments offer residents independence with an additional level of support.
A place to call home
With a range of size and modern style options, your perfect home is waiting for you to add your personal touch. Containing all the essentials you need to make it a home including a full bathroom and kitchenette, as well as the freedom to furnish as you wish, you'll feel right at home the moment you set foot in the door.
Cleaning, heavy laundry and gardening
Once a week, your apartment will be cleaned and your bed sheets and towels will be laundered. In addition, the grounds will be cared for by the gardener and any required maintenance can be easily organised.
