Tasty and zesty fish tacos

Mesclun lettuce
Red and yellow capsicum
Garlic powder
Sour cream
Lime juice 
Salt and pepper 


In a large bowl combine mesclun lettuce, red and yellow capsicum, sour cream, lime juice and salt. Chill. 

In a separate bowl mix garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper and season the fillets. 

Over medium-high heat cook two fillets for four minutes each side, and once all fillets are cooked, use a fork to break them into bite-sized pieces. 

Heat the tortillas before assembling the tacos with the lettuce slaw.
Drizzle with some more sour cream and lime juice.
