Get to know Bernborough Ascot’s Concierge, Mark Wright.
A Brisbane born local and former Ascot resident, it’s fair to say that Mark Wright knows a thing or two about luxury service!
Having spent the past 25 years managing customer experience in business and first-class at Qantas and a further two decades at local and overseas hotels, including the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast, Mark’s attention to detail is undeniable.
In his new role as Concierge at Bernborough Ascot, Mark ensures residents and guests feel welcome and have everything they need to enjoy life in their new home. Although Mark could probably work anywhere in the world, he was drawn to Bernborough Ascot for the exciting opportunity it presents.
When we asked Mark what the best part of his job was, he said “I love meeting new residents and hearing their stories. I also love the community at Bernborough Ascot. The design is beautiful and so unique. It’s exciting to be part of it all.”
