Lendlease previews Trebartha Apartments’ facelift

The Elizabeth Bay property will soon come with a range of new facilities, as well as a redesigned ground floor with a hotel style reception and concierge, lobby lounge, private dining room and a café and restaurant open to both residents and the public.

International architect Marchese Partners, and Melbourne-based interior design group Arkee, have ensured the design and style of the upgrade aligns with the art deco heritage of the Elizabeth Bay area. Their designs evoke an Upper East Side feel, with a neutral colour palette accented by glamorous brass, marble and glass furnishings.

With the main building receiving an elaborate facelift, owners also have an opportunity to realise the full potential of their investment by upgrading their apartments with a new bespoke schedule of finishes, also selected by Arkee, for resale.

Lendlease acquired Trebartha Apartments in 2015 with the intention to elevate it to its full potential through redevelopment. The building’s redevelopment commenced in September 2017 and is expected to be completed later this year.
