Mindful Mondays

Due to popular demand, Mindful Mondays are back with a longer session time. Each workshop runs for 45 minutes and is designed to nurture your mind, reduce stress and allow you to move through your day with more clarity and ease. You don’t require any meditation experience to reap the benefits, and everything you need to know will be explained in the sessions.
