Sometimes, doing the everyday chores involved in running a home just gets too much. Shopping for groceries, preparing meals and doing the cleaning can be hard work.
When you live in a Lend Lease serviced apartment, you don't have to worry. You live in the comfort of your own home but we provide your meals and make arrangements for all of your cleaning and heavy laundry to be done for you. This means that you can continue to retain your retirement lifestyle and independence and enjoy having a little extra help with assisted living.
Modern, stylish apartments
Each of our apartments includes all of the things you need to make it your home, including a full bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a range of apartment styles and sizes available, and how you use and furnish your apartment is completely up to you.
Cleaning and heavy laundry service
Once a week, cleaners come and clean your apartment. Your bed sheets and towels are also changed and laundered for you, so you have fresh linen to go with your fresh apartment. In addition, a gardener cares for the grounds and we organise any necessary building maintenance.
Delicious, nutritious meals prepared daily
All of your meals* are prepared by experienced cooks with lunch and dinner served in the dining room, and breakfast generally provided the night before for you to have in your apartment. You're also welcome to invite your close family and friends to enjoy a meal with you in the dining room.
Be part of a vibrant community
Living in a serviced apartment is a bit like living in a small village there are lots of familiar, friendly faces, community facilities and things to do. You may have access to things like lounge areas, a hair salon and a library, and some villages may have a pool, spa and bowling green.
A homely, secure environment
For extra peace-of-mind, all of the apartments have 24-hour emergency call buttons. The serviced apartment Manager is also available if you have any queries, so help is never too far away if you need it. In addition, one of the real benefits of living in a small community is that people tend to really look out for each other.
*Some villages may not provide all meals. Please ask the Sales Manager for further information.
