Lend Lease looks forward to new village accreditation scheme

A new accreditation scheme for retirement villages has been proudly supported by Lend Lease.

Lend Lease prides itself on very high standards which ensure residents living in one of our villages enjoy a comfortable and safe lifestyle.

The Lifemark Village Scheme replaces the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme, intended as a positive means of attaining and improving the quality of retirement village operations.

“Lifemark has been developed to ensure continual improvement, assisting operators and villages to be more accountable and responsive to village residents,” said Mary Wood, Executive Director, Retirement Living Council, Property Council of Australia.

This new scheme just cements what we are already doing and we look forward to achieving above and beyond the standards – demonstrating to the independent auditors that Lend Lease villages are committed to their existing and prospective residents.

Independent accreditation body, BSI (incorporating NCSI) has been contracted by the Retirement Living Council to administer and manage all aspects of the Lifemark Village Accreditation Scheme.
