Introducing the new Lendlease Retirement Living Sales Contract

At Lendlease, we understand making a lifestyle change and moving to a new home is a big task and that you need all the information you can get to help you make the right decision and the best decision for you. More importantly, you deserve the right to have choice in any purchase you make in life, particularly one as significant as moving homes which is why we have introduced a new sales contract across 4 selected villages in NSW and the ACT. It’s important that you are familiar with the contract and speak to your legal representative for professional advice.

What is the new contract?

Our new sales contract has been designed to best meet your individual needs and provide you with greater choice, freedom and flexibility. The new contract offer alternatives to the base deferred management fee (DMF) contract which is already available across the 4 participating villages.

1. Upfront Management Fee Contract
This option provides greater certainty around costs payable on exit as you pay a 15% higher list price than the base DMF contract upfront part of which is held as a management fee and no DMF is payable.

The new contract option is only available on brand new villas across the following participating villages.
